While adding an email, if you do not see the "email providers" option in the Apple Mail Settings, then do this manually. Before proceeding this way, make sure you know the email settings for your account. Now, go to the Settings and then access my apple id password forgot & Accounts section. Choose Add Mail Account and provide the required information (Name, email ID, password, and description for your email account).
