Yet most those who cuddle on the BOSU football can't even take a place for a short time on your football without having action. And they all look like they're surfing if they try to go on it. So even if it were a wonderful exercise (which it isn't) it would be at the end of an stability development. Yet most those who do BOSU surf have lousy stability. They look like a Parkinson patient on the Titanic! What outstanding is that? If you can't do the exercise while being almost perfectly stable you're usually not ready for it. In the end, you have an exercise which creates the design section mostly worthless at enabling the muscular, and an stability routine for which you're not ready for.
